Hello, just looking at a book "Resistance Warfare 1940-45 " which mentions that the Gemdarmerie/ Rijkswacht had "special mobile units " to fight the resistance. Does anyone know the strength of these units ? Any phots of these special units ? The wikipedia entry for the Gendarmer...

Hello, during the fighting in 1940 did Belgian troops wear their greatcoats (as i assumed) or tunics ? I've seen some 15mm WW2 Belgian figures by Quick Reaction Force, that have them in tunics only. Previous posts of photos and reenactors in this forum have Belgian troops in greatcoats. I'm confused...

The Osprey book "Nato armies today " has a black and white photo , but no illustration of Belgian infantry in field uniform , only a paratrooper.
